Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit the Feedric homepage and click "Get Started"
Sign up with your email or use Google OAuth
Verify your email address if required

Step 2: Connect Your Slack Workspace

Navigate to the Integrations section in your dashboard
Click "Connect Slack" and authorize the Feedric app
Select the channels you want to monitor for customer signals
Configure your notification preferences

This connection allows Feedric to automatically ingest and correlate signals from your Slack channels.

Step 3: Create Your First Bucket

Click "Create New Bucket" from your dashboard
Give your bucket a descriptive name (e.g., "Product Feedback")
Select the Slack channel to connect to this bucket
Set up your correlation preferences

Buckets are containers for organizing related signals. Think of them as projects or categories for your product signals.

Step 4: Start Connecting Signals

Share the bucket link with your team or customers
Start receiving signals in your connected Slack channel
Watch as AI automatically correlates incoming signals
Review and refine the AI's correlation as needed
