Learn how to connect your Slack workspace to Feedric and start automatically ingesting customer signals for AI correlation.
The Slack integration is the heart of Feedric's signal ingestion system. It allows you to automatically capture and correlate customer signals directly from your team's conversations.
From your Feedric dashboard, click on "Sources" in the sidebar or go to Settings → Signal Sources.
Click the "Connect Slack" button. You'll be redirected to Slack's authorization page.
Note: You'll need admin permissions to install the Feedric app in your workspace.
Review the permissions requested by Feedric and click "Allow" to authorize the connection.
Choose which channels you want Feedric to monitor for customer signals. You can select multiple channels.
Tip: Start with channels where you receive the most customer signals, like #feedback, #product, or #support.
Your Slack integration is now active. Feedric will automatically start ingesting and correlating customer signals from your selected channels.
If you're having trouble connecting, ensure you have admin permissions and try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
If messages aren't appearing in Feedric, check that the channel is properly selected and that the bot has the necessary permissions.
